On a guided visit, dive into the heritage collection of the 19th-century Bruges Municipal Theatre. Discover theatre lightning, props and sound machines from over 150 years of theatre history. After the tour, count on a reserved seat for a concert by Anima Eterna Brugge. 47 musicians led by Jos van Immerseel will take you away to the tones of Franz Schubert. Behind that music lies a mountain of intangible cultural heritage: what did the musicians of the time hear? What traditions were alive? In short: how did they do it? The musicians will tell you all about the orchestra’s historical performance practice.
