The bonds between the Centre for Fine Arts and Anima Eterna Brugge go back many years. Christian Renard has been hosting their residency for more than 15 years. Over those seasons, Jos Van Immerseel has performed solo at the keyboard, in recital with partners of the highest quality, and with his ensemble Anima Eterna Brugge. He has explored an ever more extensive repertoire on period instruments, ranging from the early Baroque to Debussy and Wagner, via Mozart, Beethoven, and Schubert. His programmes are the fruit of a thoughtful, musically open-minded dialogue between the conductor and BOZAR MUSIC.
Les liens qui unissent le Palais des Beaux-Arts à Anima Eterna Brugge remontent à de nombreuses années. C’est depuis plus de 15 ans que Christian Renard les accueille en résidence. Au fil des saisons, Jos Van Immerseel vient seul au clavier, en récital avec des partenaires de choix ou avec son ensemble Anima Eterna Brugge, pour parcourir sur instruments d’époque un répertoire toujours plus vaste, allant du premier baroque à Debussy et Wagner en passant par Mozart, Beethoven et Schubert. Sa programmation est le fruit d’un dialogue réfléchi et musicalement ouvert entre le chef et BOZAR MUSIC.
